Please know this is a real review. We wanted our bathroom tiles regrouted, and caulked and overall cleaned. I was leery about a 'national' service like this but they know their stuff and did a great job and were clean and professional along the way.

I hired Sir Grout to repair and replace the grout in my shower. I have a standing shower with small floor tiles and large wall tiles, so there is quite a bit more grout than in a standard tub. Sir Grout found that the grout actually needed to be fully removed and replaced, which ended up requiring a second day and substantial additional work.

They accommodated my schedule for the second day, did not charge me more than the original quote, and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them in the future if I have future grout related projects.

I'm very happy I selected Sir Grout. They were very professional from the start and sent someone in asap to assess the work directly in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was delighted when Richard came in for the evaluation and used color samples for me to confirm the appropriate grout since color matching was an issue I was particularly sensitive to.

On the actual work day, Omar did a terrific job. He checked his work plan before starting work and then over the course of the day as he proposed some variations to improve on the plan. You could tell that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Finally, everything was exceptionally well documented for record-keeping purposes.

Sir Grout is the BEST option in NY for your grouting project. My husband and I recently bought an estate sale "fixer upper", the bathroom tiles were original, and grouting had not been touched in over 50 years: stained all throughout. We thought we could handle it ourselves but after closer inspection realized it really required professionals. I cannot express enough how challenging this job was. The tiles are not spaced evenly, the grout is original and extremely durable (therefore even more difficult to remove), and we have two full bathrooms of this.

Sir Grout was professional, reasonably priced, and TRANSFORMED the space from dingy and old to brand new in 2 days. They regrouted the wall tiles as well as recolored the floor lines, and went above and beyond to be professional with respect to coop rules, work around our hectic home as we were moving in the same day, and brought in extra help at no extra cost when they realized it was necessary to finish on the timeline they proposed (2 days start and finished). Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
