Everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier. Benjamin (the technician) was so polite, on time, clean, he paid close attention to every detail and showed pride in his work. He removed all the wrong grout before steam cleaning the entire shower, every tile, corner, joint, and soap ledge. There were some areas where the mold was really bad, Benjamin made sure to get everything out. After it was all clean, he regrouted the area needing regrouting, dried and color sealed the entire shower. He took the time to explain how and what I need to do in order to maintain the clean white grout for as long as possible. We went over the products I use in the shower for cleaning and for personal use (shampoos, soaps etc.) to make sure I don't use anything that can cause additional mold or discoloration to the grout. Overall the entire experience was terrific. I'm very pleased and told the super in my building about them so he can refer Eddie and Sir Grout for anyone in the building looking for this type of service. I would use them again and plan on hiring them back to sand and seal the marble floor in the bathroom and marble ledge around my bathtub. The vendor was easy to work with from start to finish. Professional and responsive appointment manager accommodating my need for an 8am appt. Sent confirmation of appt. Explained the amount of time the job would take in advance and stuck to it. Showed up exactly on time with all tools needed to do the job. Professional service man, clean, polite and capable. Eddie is a class act! He came to our home, explained the process in detail and was not pushy at all. He confirmed and also re-confirmed our appointments. On the day of service, he himself came to oversee the job and his worker was very professional and careful too. My floors look stunning and brand new! Well worth every penny. People have since come to our home and have asked if we replaced the tiles. My neighbor was so impressed she used him a week later. It is extremely rare to find a contractor so responsive, pleasant and professional.

The service provider, Eddie Moleros, could not have been more polite, friendly and professional. He called to ask if he could come early, and came promptly. He was very efficient and was able to cover our many stone counters (including an island) in about 45 minutes. Mr. Moleros was helpful when I asked about potential additional work but not at all pushy, and he sent an estimate for the work promptly. We are considering using this company for more work (polishing and sealing wood floors), and would definitely use them again for the counters.

Was kinda skeptical at first but after seeing what these guys did, I was blown away! I've heard of grout cleaning guys before so I went on you tube and seemed like the real deal. Gave it a shot and I don't think I will ever have to retile my bathroom, just have them come in and restore every once n a while. Words can't express how satisfied my wife and I are with the results!
