I hired Sir Grout to clean grout in my kitchen about 2 months ago, and wanted to give it some time to write a review, to make sure things held up well. They have a remarkable process that makes the grout, stain resistant, and I'm pleased to say, my tile and grout still looks GREAT and this is a VERY high traffic floor. We were greatly pleased with the quality of workmanship and level of professionalism Eddie Moleros displayed. The countertops look brilliant shined and protected. I read some of the reviews on how some folks didn't see much of a difference but Mr. Moleros took the time to explain is that some pre-existing deep stains may not come out because the granite was not previously properly maintained by the owner. This service repairs/helps tremendously. I highly recommend.

Went very well. Great Communication and great job done. Bathroom was in bad shape after being a rental. Cleaned all the mold and issues with grouting. Re caulked everything. Gave suggestions on the best color for the floor etc. Overall a great job and we are happy with the results.

We are totally satisfied with Sir Grout, and recommend them without reservation. We have 2 bathrooms and a powder room. Previous owners were not the best cleaners, and the floors were stained. I was unable to clean them myself on hands and knees with a scrub brush going inch by inch, despite buying pro products from a tile store. Sir Grout cleaned up the floors beautifully. They did re-caulking and installed colored floor grout in the tub bathroom, which was stained by black and pink mold we could not seem to stop. The powder room looks like a brand-new, never used bathroom. It is really stunning. The shower bath and the tub bath both look excellent, although we couldn't pass off either room as brand new. Still, I was unable to achieve anything close to what they did. And they are good at caulk, which is a skill that takes practice. At about $1700 for two workers, all day, 2.5 baths, this is not a cheap service but for what they accomplished I think the rate is reasonable. Also, they provide the insurance certificate you need, no problem, and at no extra charge.

I contacted Eddie and he came for an estimation and then restored my bath tiles. I had a big mold stain on half of the bathroom floor from a rubber mat that I didn't think it would be possible to remove. Luckily, I searched and found Sir Grout and I am so happy that I did! He is the nicest guy and since you let him into your shower and have him in your house for a few hours is a very important thing. Otherwise the whole experience can be really annoying. Other than that, unlike other companies that give you a time frame for arrival, we set an exact time and on both visits he was a few minutes early! Eddie was nothing but respectful, professional and honest. He gave me an estimation and reassured me about the process and the results. He didn't give promises he couldn't make, but promised he will do his very best and answered all my questions. I couldn't asked for more and I was so happy with the results. If you are looking for someone professional that actually knows what he is doing, call Eddie. You won't regret it.

Hired Sir Grout to clean my bathroom tile and grout. In one word..WOW! From start to finish they were so professional, did an amazing job, and I even received a follow-up phone call making sure I was pleased.
