The caulking on my bathtub needed to be redone. I hired someone who did an unacceptable job so I hired a second person who did an even worse job, it was very frustrating. While doing the job he even ended up loosening and pulling out some of the tiles. I found Sir Grout. Eddie and I discussed the repair to be done and what I could do to keep the tiles in the tub/shower clean and fresh. I had a lot of questions. Eddie was patient and explained what would be used and how it would be done. When Omar came to do the work he and I reviewed what need to be done. He explained everything thoroughly. He re-caulked the area around the tub, and he was also able to salvage and replace the tiles with the original tiles that were pulled out. I thought I would have to replace them with another color as they no longer make the ones I have in the tub/shower, that was a real plus. He re-grouted around the fixtures, and cleaned and sealed all the tiles. The bathtub/shower looks sparkling and brand new. I am more than impressed. This was superior work.

We had a contractor regrout our bathtub and did a totally shoddy job. All the grout was peeling out within days of using it. I called Sir Grout and Eddie gave me confidence that they would be able to correct the issue and regrout our bathrooms properly. Throughout the process, it was a professional and pleasant experience. Eddie, the owner, was both professional and pleasant. His employee, Omar, did a phenomenal job with restoring the area around our bathtub. He took great pains to remove all the old caulking around the tub and to regrout between the tiles and add the color seal. A great job! It looks like new. Even better!! Omar also filled in some chips in our ceramic tile in the kitchen, and it looks so much better. I would definitely use this service again. You also get a one year warranty. I'm told that it will be so much easier for me to keep the tiles clean now. I'm excited about that.

Eddie Moleros at Sir Grout is my hero. We were selling our UES coop and the limestone floors and bathroom had been badly stained and cracked by our renters. I got Sir Grout through the internet, they gave me a reasonable estimate, and I held my breath and hired them. When Eddie's workmen finished and I inspected it, there was one place I was dissatisfied with and I thought I would have to live with it; but Eddie himself came back the next day, redid the work and some additional work, and would not accept an additional dime, even though I offered to pay for his time. He only wanted me to be thoroughly satisfied. Results are spectacular (sold my apartment the first day on the market!), and I would recommend him to anyone.

Recently hired Sir Grout to revamp a 50's style bathroom that I was considering ripping out, but it wasn't in the budget. They were able to restore the look of all the grout and have this sealer that makes the grout stain free and resists mold (yay!). I am more than happy with this company. From the initial visit (not pushy,) to the clear and detailed estimate, the guys sent were right on time, and they went over every detail before and after the work. And so tidy. So happy that I am having them back to restore a marble entry way. Thanks, Sir Grout!
