Sir Grout was absolutely excellent to work with. We needed to re-grout the kitchen floor of a commercial restaurant and they accommodated our request that the work be done overnight. Sir Grout, and especially Omar, did a fantastic job in regrouting my bathroom as well as cleaning and staining the grout in the kitchen. Omar was very detail oriented and acted as if he was doing his own home. There was that much pride in his work. He left the house spotless and had the courtesy to take his shoes off every time he came back inside. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We own a 1830's town home in Greenwich village and were really looking for the best possible company to grout or shower and hone our marble kitchen counters. They did an amazing job. Eddie, the owner came out mid day to check on the work being done by his crew. Didn't expect such high level of service.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, service, and overall thoroughness of Sir Grout. The floors and walls of my 3 bathrooms now sparkle. I was actually considering a renovation in one of them but not anymore. Eddie's guys re-colored my grout and they did this thing where they made the caulking in my shower mold free and I'm told it will stay that way. They even gave me a warranty. Eddie even returned my call regarding a follow-up question within like 5 minutes. Sir Grout is my hero!!!

Sir Grout did a fantastic job sealing my shower after the floor below was complaining of a leak in the New York City apartment I own and lease out. Eddie is awesome at what he does and very fast at responding to my emails and calls. A few months after when I had a follow up question he immediately came back out to put me at ease. I officially have Sir Grout of New York saved in my phone in case I ever need them again. They are superb!

We worked with Eddie and his team to have the marble tile floors in our bathroom and kitchen refinished, new grout color applied and the grout on the bathroom walls cleaned. The in-home consultation with Eddie was easy and we felt comfortable moving forward with the work once we received the detailed written quote. The day of the job, Javier and Joey arrived late due to legitimate travel issues, but were very professional and respectful and worked hard to get through the entire job and make us happy. There was some confusion regarding the exact scope of work, but Eddie came by in the afternoon and we were able to resolve the issue and get it all completed that day. We really appreciate that Eddie was willing to come back by himself twice to address a few punch list items that we did not immediately notice during our final walk through with Javier and Joey. It is not easy to find a professional who wants to make the customer happy the way Eddie tried for us. We think the final result is stunning! The floors look better than they've ever been in all the years we've been here and the entire bathroom just sparkles now. We would consider ourselves perfectionists and it was important to us to get what we paid for. Sir Grout was professional throughout the process and never made us feel bad about being particular about the details. We would not hesitate to recommend Eddie or work with him again in the future
