Sir Grout was fabulous. I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews on here, but have to say our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Eddie came promptly to provide an assessment and quote for grout replacement in our shower. He did not charge a penny the day of the assessment. We set up an appointment for the work to be completed the same week. Work was done in less than three hours and looks fabulous. Not only that, the gentleman who came did more than what Eddie had promised on the work order, not only re-grouting and re-sealing the problem areas, but doing the whole shower to create an even finish and full seal. Professional and efficient service and great results. Would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone who needs grout or tile work done!

Our house is 95 years old with the original floors. While we finished them about 15 years ago, they were always distressed and really deteriorated over the last 5 years. Moving out of the house to do a heavy duty refinishing or even a replacement is out of the question. When I learned about the sandless process used by Sir Grout I had modest expectations for the results but decided to do it because our floors looked terrible. We are extremely pleased with the results. The floors look better than I expected. We plan on using Sir Grout to do our upstairs rooms in the near future.

I hired Eddie and his team from Sir Grout to work on my bathroom tiles after checking them out online. My bathroom had been quite neglected over the years and I was apprehensive of just how well it would clean. However, these guys pulled a miracle and turned the place spotless. All the stains are gone and the tiles are shinny again. True miracle workers!

He got me a fair estimate same day, and we arranged the work to be done the following week. Anna and Gabriel worked hard and did a great job. Ana, did a fantastic job of re-honing and re-finishing and sealing our granite counters and table top. They look better than when new, 17 years ago, and the set-up and clean-up were also fantastic. She was great.

I have a ceramic floor in my home on my first floor that is close to 30 years old. The style is timeless and the tiles were in very good shape except for the grout. I tried doing it myself. Forget it. I hired Sir Grout for the job. Anna and Michael were friendly, on time, professional, and did an excellent job on my floor. I am very happy with their work. I will ask them to come back again to my home to do some work in my bathroom now. I saved thousands by just restoring the floor with Sir Grout instead of putting down a new ceramic floor which would have cost me thousands. I highly recommend to everyone.
