He came to provide an estimate and went over all the options with me clearly and objectively, then provided an estimate that allowed me to easily pick and choose what type of investment I wanted to make. The team that did the work, Ana and her partner Juan, were also fantastic. They were very respectful of our home, consulted with me on every question about color or design preference, and finished the job on time and exactly as expected. Our bathrooms are 10 years old and now they look like they were just redone. Although this type of work is not inexpensive, I would highly recommend Sir Grout to provide exactly the results they promised.

Very professional group, from the operator, the manager and the gentleman who did the work. He was on time and worked on his hands and knees literally for 4 hours or so. I had pulled up a floor and found original tile to when the house was built but the adhesive was everywhere! He was able to remove and clean and color the grout. It looks wonderful.

We had a brand new, high end porcelain floor installed in our kitchen last year with epoxy grout and we had grout residue and dark spots all over our tiles. No matter what we did, we couldn't remove the dark stains. We priced out the job with a few people and Sir Grout came in the lowest. They showed up on time and the end result was just WOW. It doesn't even look like the same floor. I highly recommend Sir Grout and would use them again for any floor job.

The technician helped re-grout the wall subway tiles and cleaned the floor marble tiles inside the glass shower. It was done very well and he cleaned up the work area afterward. The either job took about four and an a half hour.

Very happy with the results. Easy to schedule and we were impressed with how much better the grout looks. We have a mosaic floor and they were able to make it look almost like new. I would recommend and would use again in the future.
