In March of this year my bathroom shower tiles were loose and leaked water into the apartment below mine. My building management and super called me to get it fixed, or renovate the shower walls. A friend of mine recommended Sir Grout. Eddie came and gave me an estimate and honest assessment of the situation which was not good. I hired them to re-grout the tiles and acid wash the bathtub. They came on time, workers were efficient, left them alone in my apartment while I was at work, and in 2 days it was finished. I was stunned at how new and clean it looked. I will hire them again. I highly recommend Sir Grout and could not be happier with the results, you will be too.

William was extremely professional and walked me through the process. He made some valid recommendations as He realized some of the tiles were loose and suggested removing and replacing. Although the cost was a little more than the original scope, I didn't mind, I appreciated his thoroughness. He cleaned up the work area after. I was very pleased with the outcome. I happily give Sir Grout 5 stars. I live in a 1929 building and have an original bathroom that when I bought my home had been pretty banged up. I liked the fixtures and style of the bathroom, so I really just wanted to restore it to be the best it could be. Over the years, bleach and patches of grout did not work. I knew a bleach cleaning would not do the trick. The apartment had been a rental and aside from other problems the tiles in the bathroom had once been painted (no, I can't explain why anyone would do that)so I knew I needed someone who could really respect the space and restore the grout. I also wanted a refresh on a kitchen floor I put in 17 years prior that was in good shape but looked far from fresh (grout discoloration.) After requesting a quote via Yelp! and hearing back within the hour from Eddie, their consultant in my area, I had an appointment for a quote. Eddie and his colleague Rich showed up on time (appreciated since I was working from home to meet them) and could not have been more professional or friendly. These guys were in no rush and very open to questions and discussing the project. We agreed to a scope, the job was quoted and set the work up. Communication pre-work was also very professional and they were quite responsive. Finally, how was the work? Outstanding. Omar, the contractor, was not only hardworking, he took pride in his work and was a pleasure to meet. He takes what he does seriously and the results shows it. My bathroom looks 100% better and nearly back to 1929! I highly recommend Sir Grout from consulting to the work they are tops. Thanks Eddie, Rich and Omar!
