I am very pleased with the service I received from Sir Grout. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through all of the details concerning my shower and even cleaned up the grout on a recently laid floor in my bathroom (the original contractor used the cheapest possible grout and it was already starting to discolor). I guess the best thing about Sir Grout is that they used top quality materials to do the job and the 17 year old tiny tile in my shower looks brand new. They showed up at the appointed time and did a great job. I would use them again and I highly recommend their service.

From the initial visit by Richard G, a Sir Grout estimator, to the day of the appointment performed by William, a Sir Grout Technician, I was very impressed by the professional manner in which Rich and Will presented themselves. Because the grout replacement and clean up afterwards was done so well, I plan to have Sir Grout do other tile grouting.

My tile floor was horrible! There was a sealer that was coming up and it made the tile look dirty. William came to our rescue! He cleaned the tile and resealed the grout. My floor looks brand new! He did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend Sir Grout NY I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I selected this company after reading the reviews on YELP. There are only positive things that I can write about this company. First, they did and excellent job. Omar came to my house at our agreed date and time and was very committed to doing an excellent job. Very dedicated to his work and took all actions to do a perfect job. Highly recommend him and the company. Rich came to my home, again on the agreed date and time to give me an estimate. I had the estimate within two hours after leaving my home. This was a wonderful experience and I plan using them again for other floors in my apt. Bob.

Sir Grout completed the re-grouting and re-caulking job in the bathtub/shower of our master bathroom and it looks amazing. Eddie was very thorough in providing all details including post-job maintenance when providing the free estimate and William did a fantastic job! Sir Grout just completed the job in our bathroom and it looks incredible. I had a great experience with the company from start to finish. Rich was helpful when he came for the estimate, testing a little patch to see if it would clean, and when it did he helped us save a lot of money by not regrouting the whole space, all it needed was a deep clean! William did a fantastic job with the work recaulking and cleaning the shower and bathroom tile. Our house is old and the bathroom tiny, now I can look forward to use a shower that looks like new!
