Sir grout did a bang up job regrouting my bathroom. The entire experience was excellent. Eddie came by in person for an initial assessment and developed a quote. They produced a COI as per my building requirements. On the day that work was supposed to be done, William arrived on time, did a really superb job and was finished in 6 hours. I highly recommend them. The price is reasonable too.

We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout! Eddie came to evaluate our bathroom and provide a quote (he was exactly on time) and a week later we were doing our entire bathroom of floor to ceiling tiles. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They took precautions in putting down protective covering on the wood floors and removing area rugs and other items. They explained everything they were doing and how it matched the work order prepared by Eddie. I was very pleased with the outcome and could not have asked for a better outcome. The floor grout and travertine tiles looked brand new at the end of the process. The tub caulking and grout repair was unbelievably done to perfection.

I have been with Eddie for the past 6 months and he has done a fantastic job addressing the issues we had with our lobby floor. The Refinery Hotel is a high traffic location and the lobby floor had major grout issues as well as heavy wax coating added by our prior vendor. He was able to restore the stone to its original look and made our grout look brand new.

He was easy to work with in completing the job in a number of overnights to avoid the heavy volume of our hotel with little to no issues for our guests. Since original service, he has been completing monthly refreshes and works with our time restrictions on the overnight.

There was 1 instance where I was not happy with the technician's work that was completed during a monthly visit and I immediately called Eddie. Eddie answered my call right away, listened to my concerns, came personally to review, and rescheduled his tech the following week without additional charge. I think that goes a long way when conducting business... to do the right thing and Eddie understands this is important.
