Re-grouted floor to ceiling tiles in bathroom and re-caulked bathtub and sink as well as re-did the seams in the tile floor. Also did a good cleanup and left bathroom ready to use (in 24 hours). I highly recommend Sir Grout of New York for grout and caulking work as well as porcelain floor tile cleaning and marble surface restoration. Mr. Gonzalez was a gentleman to deal with, always polite and quick to respond by email. His crew kept me in touch with their progress and my coop building's superintendent said the crew was respectful of the coop work rules. Getting the insurance certificate for the coop from Sir Grout was a breeze.

They did a thorough and neat job re-grouting my bathroom shower stall, the caulking in the bathroom and kitchen, cleaning both bathroom porcelain tile floors, and restoring the surface of the marble bathroom sink top that had been damaged earlier by acidic cleaning chemicals. Sir Grout did a very good job in fixing a number of the broken marble tiles in my shower. They also had to apply grout and caulking. The work was done in a projected time frame and I am personally very satisfied with their work. In fact, I might call them back to polish the bottom tiles in the shower and will keep them in mind for any other work that requires their professional services.

I had Sir Grout do a bunch of projects initially. In my primary bathroom, one shower wall's white grout had yellowed. It looked bad between frosted glass tiles. They removed and replaced the grout so the grout is white again for the first time in years, and with grout that will last. Also, a few tiles on my inset shelves needed to be resealed and they fixed them as well. The next task was the adjoining wall of small colored tiles which had discolored grout along the bottom because of a previous strip of black caulk. They replaced the grout and it looks new. Following that were the sink in that bathroom and the other bathroom which had caulking where the sinks met the walls. They used a sanded product that's really nice and won't yellow. It completely matches the wall grout and looks much better than caulk. The next was the second bathroom's tub area which needed caulking and grout removed along the tub, and where the short walls meet the long wall. All look great now with grout that replaced ugly, way-too-thick caulking and cracking grout.

I then had them return to to a much bigger project. I have 2 foot x 4 foot grey Italian tiles with 1/16 inch grout lines in 1000 feet of my apartment. The grout used originally was too light. I had stained the grout myself many times over the years but It never looked right. They matched the tile color with a colorseal product and then we played around a bit with that color in test patches and got it to match the tiles exactly (even the computer matching was slightly off because light reflects differently off tile than grout). The floor looks better than it ever did. We were trying to get the grout lines to be as invisible as possible and we did. Overall, I think every project (especially the floor) exceeded my expectations. I never even realized how visible my own grout staining had been until I saw the almost invisible grout lines. I highly recommend Sir Grout and have even referred them to three people in my building.
