Excellent work by dedicated professionals. Assessing the job, getting an estimate and setting up an appointment was easy and quick. Workmen showed up on time and did a very thorough job and completed two bathrooms, including the tile floors, in one day, despite having to climb 7 flights due to elevator being out. Clearly, they take pride in their work and it shows. Don't forget to ask about cleaning and polishing your hardwood floors. It made a big difference on my kitchen floor without sanding. Very satisfied highly recommend.

I am surprised by the one star ratings. Our experience with Sir Grout was excellent. We have a 80 year old bathroom with tiles that long ago lost their sealant, and where 80 years of grime has done its work. Karim, who was mentioned in a negative review, did the work, and we thought him terrific. The job took longer than he had anticipated, but he was very meticulous and thoughtful and did not hurry. I can't say that the floor now looks as good as new. I'm not sure that would have been possible but it looks a whole lot better than it did before. I now feel inspired to "refresh" the rest of the room.

I had a very bad stain on my Caesar stone kitchen countertop that most "experts" told me could not be cleaned. Sir grout was able to fix it. They also cleaned and sealed our master bathroom glass tile and grout and powder room limestone. They were extremely professional.
